By using our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- If acting on behalf of a company, you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms
- All information you provide to us is accurate and complete
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information

Pushpa Info World provides the following digital services:
2.1 Custom WordPress Development
- Custom theme design and development
- WooCommerce e-commerce stores
- Plugin development and customization
- Website maintenance and support
- Speed and performance optimization
2.2 Advanced SEO Optimization
- Technical SEO audits and implementation
- On-page and off-page optimization
- Keyword research and content strategy
- Link building and outreach
- Local SEO and Google Business optimization
2.3 Google Ads Management
- Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns
- Campaign setup, optimization, and management
- Conversion tracking and reporting
- Landing page recommendations
2.4 Facebook & Instagram Ads Scaling
- Campaign strategy and setup
- Creative production and testing
- Audience building and retargeting
- Performance scaling and optimization
Service Scope: The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement provided before work begins.
3Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:
- Provide Information: Supply all necessary content, images, login credentials, brand guidelines, and other materials required for the project in a timely manner
- Timely Feedback: Review and provide feedback on deliverables within the agreed timeframe (typically 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified)
- Accurate Information: Ensure all information provided is accurate, legal, and does not infringe on any third-party rights
- Communication: Maintain regular communication and respond to queries within reasonable timeframes
- Access & Credentials: Provide necessary access to hosting, domain registrar, ad accounts, analytics, and other relevant platforms
- Legal Compliance: Ensure your business and requested work complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Backup Responsibility: Maintain your own backups of important data and content
Important: Delays caused by failure to provide required materials or feedback may extend project timelines and may result in additional charges.
4Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST at 18%) unless explicitly stated as inclusive.
4.2 Payment Structure

4.3 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Credit/Debit Cards
- PayPal (for international clients)
- Wire Transfer (for international clients)
4.4 Late Payments
- Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month on the outstanding amount
- Services may be suspended if payment is overdue by more than 7 days
- Persistent late payment may result in termination of services
4.5 Ad Spend Billing
For advertising services (Google Ads, Facebook Ads):
- Ad spend is separate from management fees
- Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platform (Google/Meta) by the client
- We do not mark up or profit from your ad spend
- Clients own their ad accounts and all associated data
5Project Timeline & Delivery
5.1 Estimated Timelines

5.2 Timeline Extensions
Project timelines may be extended due to:
- Delayed provision of content, materials, or feedback from the client
- Scope changes or additional requirements requested by the client
- Technical issues with third-party platforms beyond our control
- Force majeure events
5.3 Rush Delivery
Rush delivery requests may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges of 25-50% depending on urgency.
6Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Client Ownership
Upon full payment, the client owns:
- Final website files, custom code, and designs created specifically for the project
- Content created by the client or provided to us
- Domain names and hosting accounts registered in client's name
- Ad accounts and campaign data
6.2 Company Retains
Pushpa Info World retains rights to:
- Reusable code libraries, frameworks, and tools developed independently
- General knowledge, skills, and techniques gained during the project
- The right to display completed work in our portfolio (with client permission)
- Proprietary methodologies, strategies, and processes
6.3 Third-Party Materials
- Licensed images, fonts, plugins, and third-party tools remain subject to their respective licenses
- Client is responsible for maintaining valid licenses for any third-party materials used
- Open-source components remain under their original licenses
6.4 Client Content
Client warrants that all content provided (text, images, logos, etc.) is owned by the client or properly licensed, and does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
7Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.
7.1 Confidential Information Includes:
- Business strategies, plans, and financial information
- Customer lists and data
- Proprietary processes and methodologies
- Login credentials and access information
- Unpublished marketing strategies
- Any information marked as confidential
7.2 Exceptions
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:
- Is publicly available through no fault of the receiving party
- Was known to the receiving party prior to disclosure
- Is required to be disclosed by law or court order
- Is independently developed without use of confidential information
7.3 Duration
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services and continue for a period of 2 years.
8Warranties & Disclaimers
8.1 Our Warranties
We warrant that:
- Services will be performed professionally and in a workmanlike manner
- Work will substantially conform to agreed specifications
- We have the right and authority to provide the services
- We will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines
8.2 Disclaimers
No Guarantee of Results: While we use proven strategies and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic numbers, conversion rates, or revenue figures. Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.
We specifically disclaim:
- SEO Rankings: No guaranteed positions on search engines. Rankings depend on competition, algorithm changes, and ongoing efforts.
- Ad Performance: No guaranteed ROAS, CPA, or conversion rates. Performance depends on market conditions, competition, and product/offer quality.
- Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for downtime, changes, or issues with third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.)
- Data Loss: While we take precautions, we are not liable for data loss. Clients should maintain their own backups.
8.3 Website Warranty Period
WordPress development projects include a warranty period:
- 30-day bug fix warranty for all projects
- Extended warranty available through maintenance plans
- Warranty covers bugs and issues in our delivered code only
- Warranty does not cover issues caused by client modifications, third-party plugins, or hosting problems
9Limitation of Liability
9.1 Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pushpa Info World's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9.2 Exclusion of Damages
We shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Damages resulting from third-party services or platforms
- Damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
9.3 Client Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold Pushpa Info World harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Content provided by the client that infringes third-party rights
- Client's misuse of delivered services or materials
- Client's violation of any laws or regulations
- False or misleading information provided by the client
10Termination
10.1 Termination by Client
- Monthly Services (SEO, Ads): 30 days written notice required. Services continue until the end of the paid period.
- Project Work (WordPress): Client may terminate at any time. Payment due for all work completed to date.
10.2 Termination by Company
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Payment is overdue by more than 14 days
- Client breaches any material term of this agreement
- Client engages in illegal, unethical, or harmful activities
- Client is abusive or threatening toward our staff
- Continuing services would harm our reputation or business
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- All outstanding invoices become immediately due
- We will provide all completed work and materials
- Access to our systems and accounts will be revoked
- Client retains ownership of paid-for deliverables
- Confidentiality obligations continue as specified
11Refund Policy
11.1 WordPress Development
- Before Work Begins: Full refund of deposit minus 10% administrative fee
- Work in Progress: Prorated refund based on work completed. Work completed will be delivered to client.
- After Completion: No refunds after final delivery and approval
- Our Failure to Deliver: Full refund if we fail to deliver agreed work
11.2 Monthly Services (SEO, Ads Management)
- No refunds for the current month once work has commenced
- Services continue until the end of the paid period
- Cancel anytime with 30 days notice — no future charges
11.3 Ad Spend
- Ad spend is paid directly to advertising platforms (Google/Meta)
- Refunds for unused ad spend must be requested directly from the platform
- We cannot refund ad spend as we do not receive these funds
Our Commitment: We're committed to your satisfaction. If you're unhappy with our work, we'll work with you to resolve issues before considering refunds or termination.
12Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- For significant changes, we will notify existing clients via email
- Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance
- Changes do not apply retroactively to existing project agreements
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any changes, you may terminate services according to the termination provisions above.
13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services:
- Negotiation: Parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations
- Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action
- Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of [Your City], India
13.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any project-specific agreements or proposals, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior communications and agreements.
