Because the nature of our work involves dedicated time, specialized expertise, and immediate execution, our refund policies vary depending on the type of service provided. Please read the terms below carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.
Our Promise: If we fail to deliver a service exactly as explicitly promised in your project agreement or proposal, we will issue a full refund. We stand behind the quality of our work.
1Custom WordPress Development
Web development projects require significant upfront planning, design, and coding resources. Our refund policy for these one-time projects is structured around project milestones:
- Before Work Commences: If you change your mind and request a cancellation before any discovery, wireframing, or development work has begun, we will issue a full 100% refund of your deposit, minus a nominal 5% payment gateway processing fee.
- During the Design/Wireframe Phase: If you cancel after initial mockups or wireframes are provided but before coding begins, we will retain 25% of the total project cost to cover the time spent. The remaining balance of your deposit will be refunded.
- During Development Phase: Once custom coding has commenced and the site is in active development, refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work completed. Any completed work will be handed over to you upon cancellation.
- After Final Approval & Launch: Once the website is completed, approved by you, and moved to your live server, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2Monthly Services (SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
Our ongoing digital marketing services operate on a month-to-month retainer model. Because these services require continuous daily labor, campaign optimization, and account management, our refund policy is as follows:
- No Lock-In Contracts: You are never locked into long-term contracts. You may cancel our monthly services at any time.
- Current Month Non-Refundable: Once a billing cycle (month) has started and work/optimization has commenced, the fee for that specific month is non-refundable.
- Cancellation Notice: We require a standard 30-day written notice prior to your next billing date to cancel ongoing services and stop future charges.
- Account Handover: Upon cancellation, we will ensure a smooth handover. You retain 100% ownership of your Ad Accounts, SEO data, Analytics, and all optimizations implemented during our tenure.
Why no current-month refunds? Unlike physical products, digital marketing requires immediate allocation of expert man-hours, strategy formulation, and campaign execution the moment a billing cycle begins. We cannot recover the time already invested in your account.
3Ad Spend & Third-Party Costs
It is crucial to differentiate between Pushpa Info World's management fees and third-party expenses.
3.1 Ad Budgets (Google/Meta)
Any budget allocated for advertising spend is paid directly by you to the respective platform (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.). We do not collect, hold, or mark up your ad spend.
Therefore, we cannot issue refunds for money spent on these platforms. If you wish to request a refund for unused ad credits, you must contact Google or Meta directly according to their respective billing policies.
3.2 Third-Party Software & Hosting
Costs related to third-party services such as domain registration, web hosting (e.g., Cloudways, SiteGround), premium WordPress plugins, or external CRM tools are non-refundable by us. You maintain direct billing relationships with these providers.
4Cancellation Process
To ensure your cancellation is processed smoothly and no further charges are applied, please follow this process:
- Send a formal cancellation request via email to info@pushpainfoworld.com. (Verbal cancellations over phone or WhatsApp must be followed by an email confirmation).
- Include your company name, the service you are cancelling, and a brief reason for cancellation (your feedback helps us improve!).
- Your account manager will reply within 24-48 business hours to acknowledge the cancellation and outline the final handover steps.
Notice Period: Please remember to submit your cancellation email at least 30 days before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
5Refund Processing Timeline
If you are eligible for a refund based on the terms outlined above:
- Once a refund is approved by our billing department, it will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer).
- Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to actually reflect in your account.
6Disputed Charges & Chargebacks
We prefer to resolve any financial disagreements amicably. If you have an issue with a charge, please contact our billing team first so we can investigate and resolve it.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us is considered a breach of our Terms & Conditions. In the event of an unwarranted chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend all services, halt development, and suspend access to ongoing ad campaigns until the dispute is resolved.
